Refund Policy

1. Professional Commitment

At Pravinsoft Technologies LLP, we maintain the highest standards of technical education. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both the student and the Institute.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Requests made 7 days prior to the course commencement date are eligible for a 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies).
• Requests made within 48-72 hours of commencement are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refunds shall be entertained once the course or technical module has commenced.

3. Course Postponement

Should the Institute postpone a course due to unforeseen technical or logistical reasons, students shall be offered a choice between an immediate full refund or a credit towards the revised dates.

4. Process for Refund

Formal applications for refund must be submitted via email to finance@pravinsoft.ai. Approved refunds are usually processed within 10-15 business days to the original instrument of payment.
